All SCREENS / EYEGLASSES / CD-DVD’s and many other products are manufactured with many coating layers. These layers have specific functions, are always very thin and are often very fragile. Proper maintenance is essential for a continuous good performance and an optimal life time of these items. CleanSafe^® is the proven best product for cleaning and protecting all of these.

Many key manufacturers of coated products use versions of CleanSafe^® during the production process to ensure that their products arrive to you in a pristine condition.

We guarantee a LIFETIME PROTECTION and an optimal performance when you maintain your coated product as prescribed with the appropriate CleanSafe^® product.

Guarantee Conditions - to prevent unjust and/or improper use of this general guarantee statement, the following conditions apply:

1. The instructions for use must be strictly followed
2. For CleanSafe^® screen, the brands mentioned at the packaging, listed on the CleanSafe^® websites, or otherwise formally communicated are warranted
3. CleanSafe^® Cloth or Pad System must be used. These tools must be absolutely clean condition. Wash often and replace when necessary as small particles can otherwise damage sensitive coatings
4. CleanSafe^® or officially appointed distributors will be able to verify, at the location of their choice, claimed damages.
• Products will have to be transported in adequate protective packaging. Damages incurred from inadequate packaging will not be reimbursed
• Shipping costs to and from the location designated by CleanSafe^® are paid by the claimer. When claims are justified, shipping costs will be reimbursed.
5. When necessary CleanSafe^® can verify claims with new or comparable equipment
6. Original proof of purchase and warranty will be provided to CleanSafe^® at first request
7. Damages attributed to age or improper handling of the products are not covered
8. The claimer will, sign and mail/fax this agreement for approval and thereby unconditionally agree with reimbursement of ALL direct and indirect verification costs (at commericial rates) if the claimed damages are proven not attributable to CleanSafe^®
9. Claimer agrees to fully cooperate with all steps necessary to provide proper evaluation
10. When necessary, Dutch law will be used to resolve conflicts
11. These guarantee conditions are only valid with a CleanSafe^® watermark and having a version number and date
12. Claimer will sign this agreement with full name, address, date, the statement "for approval with these conditions" and signature
